We want to be sure you’re as happy with your VINGLACÉ products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund through October 31st, 2025.

DETAILS OF THE VINGLACÉ RETURN POLICY:

You can return your product(s) through October 31st, 2025. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. If possible, please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase. A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your authorized and returned product. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. All returns must receive approval in writing before they are shipped. Please email tvspecials@vinglace.com to request a return.

If you’re returning an item after October 31st, 2025, you may exchange the item for another VINGLACÉ item. All merchandise must be undamaged and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after October 31st, 2025.
